November/December 2023
A tower crane will be constructed on site at the Northwestern Medicine Bronzeville Outpatient Care Center. The work will occur within the site. Underground site work will continue throughout the months of November and December. Flaggers will coordinate construction vehicle traffic in and out of the site and crews regularly sweep the streets to clear them of debris.

WINTER 2024
The current phase includes pouring concrete slabs for parking and patient floors. The concrete work will continue for the first few months of the new year.
